Custom Order Terms

Your Specifications
You are responsible for reviewing names, spelling, dates, dimensions, colors, quantities, artwork, and other specifications you provide or approve. Screens and material batches can display color differently, so exact color matching is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
Artwork and Permission
By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, names, characters, trademarks, or other content, you represent that you have the rights or permission needed for BLKBOXCUSTOM to reproduce that content for your requested project.
Quotes and Scope
A quote covers the scope described in that quote. Material changes to size, quantity, complexity, artwork, finish, deadline, shipping, or specifications may require a revised quote.
Approvals and Revisions
When approval is requested, production may rely on the approved proof, mockup, or specifications. Changes requested after approval or production begins may require additional charges and production time.
Production and Cancellation
Custom work may begin after required payment and/or approval. Cancellation may be limited after design or production begins. See the Refund Policy.
Manufacturing Variation
3D printing, laser work, engraving, cutting, assembly, painting, and other fabrication methods can produce reasonable variation in surface texture, seams, layer lines, color, grain, edge appearance, or dimensions.
Refusal of Projects
We may decline content or projects that we reasonably believe are unlawful, unsafe, infringing, technically unsuitable, fraudulent, or outside our production capabilities.
