1. Products and Orders

BLKBOXCUSTOM sells physical products, made-to-order and personalized products, digital files, and custom design or fabrication work. Product photographs and mockups are representative. Handmade and 3D-printed items may have reasonable variations in color, texture, layer appearance, dimensions, or finish.

We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, unavailable materials, prohibited content, intellectual-property concerns, technical errors, or an inability to safely or lawfully complete the order. If we cancel a paid order that has not been fulfilled, the applicable payment will be refunded.

2. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes, shipping, customization, rush work, design work, or other charges may be added when disclosed before payment. A custom quote is not accepted until the required payment is completed. We may correct obvious pricing or technical errors before fulfillment.

3. Custom and Personalized Work

Custom work is governed by the Custom Order Terms. Once design, fabrication, printing, engraving, cutting, personalization, or other irreversible production has begun, cancellation or change requests may be limited or unavailable.

4. Digital Products

Digital products are licensed, not sold as intellectual property. Download access and permitted uses are governed by the Digital Product License. Unless a listing expressly grants broader rights, purchase does not transfer copyright, trademark, design ownership, or redistribution rights.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Physical orders are subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Production time and carrier transit time are different. If we cannot ship within a promised time, applicable law may require us to offer a delay option or cancellation and refund.

6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy applies. Personalized, custom-made, made-to-order, and delivered digital products have different return rules from ordinary non-custom merchandise.

7. Customer Content and Intellectual Property

You may not submit content you do not have the right to use. You represent that you own, license, or otherwise have permission to provide any names, logos, photographs, artwork, characters, trademarks, designs, or other materials submitted for a custom project. 8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site or our products to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, interfere with the Site, commit fraud, or misrepresent your authority to order a design.

9. Product Safety and Intended Use

Unless a product listing expressly says otherwise, decorative or novelty 3D-printed products are not represented as safety equipment, structural components, medical devices, food-contact products, child-safety devices, or load-bearing hardware. Review the 3D-Printed Product Disclaimer.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in a product listing or required by law. BLKBOXCUSTOM is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or use outside a product’s stated purpose. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively. The effective date identifies the current version.
