Unless otherwise stated, original Site text, product photography, graphics, models, files, branding, and original designs are owned by or licensed to BLKBOXCUSTOM and may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other laws.
Customer-Submitted Content
Customers retain whatever ownership they lawfully have in submitted content. By submitting content for a project, you give BLKBOXCUSTOM limited permission to access, reproduce, adapt, and use it as reasonably necessary to evaluate, quote, produce, fulfill, support, and document that project.
Rights Representation
You represent that you have authority to request the intended use of submitted content. BLKBOXCUSTOM may pause, refuse, or cancel a project when ownership or authorization is reasonably disputed.
Copyright Complaints
If you believe material available through the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice through our published contact channel identifying the copyrighted work, the material at issue and where it appears, your contact information, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder, and your physical or electronic signature.
