Digital Product License
Effective: August 18, 2026
License Grant
BLKBOXCUSTOM grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the purchased file for the uses expressly described in its listing. Ownership of the underlying intellectual property is not transferred.
Default Personal-Use Rights
If a listing does not expressly state “commercial license” or equivalent language, the file is licensed for the purchaser’s personal use. You may make reasonable backup copies for your own use and may modify the file for your own permitted project.
Not Permitted Without Written Permission
- reselling, sublicensing, sharing, gifting, posting, uploading, or redistributing the digital file or a modified version;
- including it in another digital bundle, library, membership, marketplace listing, or download;
- claiming authorship or ownership of BLKBOXCUSTOM source artwork or model data;
- using it to create competing digital files for redistribution; or
- removing rights-management information to misrepresent origin or ownership.
Commercial Licenses
If a listing includes a commercial license, the scope stated in that listing controls. A license to sell physical prints does not, by itself, grant the right to redistribute the digital source file.
Third-Party Rights
A BLKBOXCUSTOM license cannot grant rights BLKBOXCUSTOM does not own. If a file incorporates material subject to third-party rights, any permitted use remains subject to those rights and applicable law.
Termination
The license terminates if you materially violate its restrictions. Rights that cannot legally be restricted remain unaffected.
